Abstract

Language:

This paper describes various measurement techniques that employ a coherent light source for the profilometric determination of local mass transfer coefficients. It details different optical setups for holographic interferometry in conjunction with key profilometric techniques, specifically the swollen polymer technique and the sublimation technique. Furthermore, the application of electronic speckle pattern interferometry is discussed in the context of profilometric measurements. Through this comprehensive overview, the study highlights the advancements and effectiveness of these optical techniques in enhancing the accuracy and understanding of mass transfer processes in engineering applications.
