The present study aimed to evaluate the effects of hydrolyzed corn steep liquor (HCSL) as an alternative feed ingredient in broiler nutrition. The objective was to assess its impacts on performance, litter quality, gut integrity, and bone mineralization in broilers. A total of five experimental treatments were conducted, including a basal diet without corn steep liquor and four diets supplemented with varying concentrations of HCSL (2.5%, 5%, 7.5%, and 10%). The methodology involved statistical analysis to compare performance metrics, litter quality, gut integrity, and bone mineralization across the different treatments. Results indicated that the inclusion of HCSL improved performance indicators and enhanced litter quality compared to the control diet. Notably, the higher concentrations of HCSL significantly affected gut integrity and bone mineralization positively. These findings suggest that hydrolyzed corn steep liquor can be an effective alternative feed ingredient for improving broiler nutrition, with potential benefits for overall animal health and production efficiency.
