ETUDE ET AMELIORATION DE LA QUALITE DE L’ENERGIE ELECTRIQUE B.T. (Cas du quartier joli site)

This work focuses on improving the quality of electrical energy in the Joli Cite district. Faced with increased requirements in terms of reliability and stability of electrical networks, the study analyzes the disturbances affecting the quality of energy in this district and proposes appropriate solutions. After a state of the art on the quality of electrical energy (standards, sources of disturbance, technical solutions), an in-depth analysis of the Joli Cite network is carried out. This is based on the characterization of the network and field measurement campaigns to identify the types of disturbances and their origins. Different technical improvement solutions are then studied and compared via digital simulations in order to evaluate their effectiveness in reducing disturbances. A cost-benefit analysis ultimately makes it possible to determine the optimal solution for Joli Cite, by integrating technical, economic and environmental aspects. This work offers a precise diagnosis of the quality of electrical energy at Joli Cite and proposes concrete solutions to improve the performance and reliability of the local electricity network.
