Another kind of ultra-fast phenomenon, superluminal transmission of light pulse, was proposed, its velocity can faster than the infinite that was proved in theory and experiment. This study discusses the implications of superluminal light propagation on physics and technology, particularly in relation to lasers, and challenges Einstein’s conclusion that nothing can exceed the speed of light. Using both theoretical analysis and computer simulation, we demonstrate that the phase velocity of the pulse can be manipulated to exceed the speed of light under certain conditions. The findings indicate that with the right dispersion parameters, it is possible for the superluminal pulse to propagate faster than the speed of light while remaining consistent with the principles of physics, thereby suggesting that the relationship between relativity and general physics may require reconsideration. By evaluating the contrast between these superluminal phenomena and the established laws of special relativity, this paper opens avenues for further research and exploration in the field of optics and information theory.
