Abstract

Language:

This study investigates the implementation of sustainable practices in environmental management within various organizational contexts. The objective is to determine the effect of these practices on environmental performance and stakeholder engagement. A mixed-methods approach was utilized, combining quantitative surveys and qualitative interviews with industry experts to gather comprehensive data. The results indicate that organizations adopting sustainable practices not only enhance their environmental performance but also improve stakeholder relationships through increased transparency and accountability. Specifically, firms that prioritize sustainability report higher levels of customer satisfaction and brand loyalty. Additionally, the study highlights the barriers organizations face in adopting these practices, including financial constraints and lack of regulatory support. These findings underscore the importance of integrating sustainability into organizational strategies to achieve long-term environmental goals and fulfill social responsibilities. Further research is suggested to explore the role of technological innovations in facilitating sustainable practices. This research contributes to the existing body of literature by providing empirical evidence on the benefits of sustainability in environmental management.
