The increasingly worldwide problem regarding rapid economy development and a relative shortage of energy, as well as the internal combustion engine exhaust waste heat and environmental pollution, has been emphasized heavily recently. Approximately 30 to 40% of the total heat supplied to the engine in the form of fuel is converted into useful mechanical work, with the remaining heat expelled to the environment, leading to increased entropy and severe environmental pollution. This necessitates the utilization of waste heat for useful work. The development of waste heat recovery techniques, like thermoelectric generators (TEGs), highlights their promising potential as a green technology due to their distinct benefits. This project focuses on generating electrical power via non-conventional methods from heat energy. It integrates mechanical arrangements with embedded technology to enhance efficiency and reliability. Utilizing Arduino as the circuit's core, dynamic control is achieved alongside user-friendly interfaces via liquid crystal displays (LCDs). This study aims to provide insights into the effectiveness of TEGs in energy generation from waste heat, underscoring the significance of non-conventional energy systems in addressing the energy crisis.
