This article explores the evolution of scientific disciplines during the scientific revolution, particularly focusing on mechanics and electricity. The objective is to highlight the pivotal contributions of scholars from the 16th to the 18th century in shaping our understanding of these fields. The methodology involves a historical analysis of key figures such as Copernicus, Galileo, Huygens, Newton, and Gilbert, examining their discoveries and innovations, including the development of telescopes, microscopes, and electroscopes. The results reveal that while mechanics received significant attention due to its technological advancements that transformed economies, other areas such as electricity and magnetism were also emerging, albeit more gradually. Notably, Gilbert's work laid the foundation for modern magnetism and electricity, despite limited practical applications until the invention of the electrochemical cell in 1800. This document underscores the interconnectedness of various scientific domains and the gradual unfolding of technological possibilities during this transformative period.
