This research paper examines the rising demand for these products in both developing and developed nations. It focuses on innovative joining technologies for connecting and fixing tubes to sheet materials, exploring methods such as welding, riveting, and the use of nut bolts. The study reveals a significant body of research on tube manufacturing through sheet metal forming techniques, aimed at improving novel and optimized processes while addressing the limitations currently faced in the industry. By detailing the characteristics of thin-walled tubes, defined as steel pipes with a ratio of outer diameter to wall thickness exceeding 20, the paper highlights both the advantages of industrial manufacturing and the need for continued advancements in this field.
