This review article provides a comprehensive examination of solar thermal technologies, focusing on their current state and future prospects. The objective is to synthesize existing literature on solar water heaters, solar cookers, and solar driers while exploring their designs, developments, and applications in real-world settings. A methodology involving both analytical and experimental approaches is utilized to validate the energy behavior of these technologies. The results reveal significant advancements in the efficiency and effectiveness of solar thermal systems, highlighting innovations in design and implementation across various applications. Through detailed case studies and comparative assessments, it is illustrated that solar thermal technologies offer viable solutions for sustainable energy utilization and have a crucial role to play in the global transition to clean energy sources. This review aims to inform researchers, practitioners, and policymakers about the potential and challenges associated with the deployment of solar thermal technologies in different contexts.
