This document presents the Replup Section schematic of the Pimistoon Plant, a significant component of the mining and processing infrastructure at Kalgoorlie Consolidated Gold Mines Pty. Ltd. The objective is to provide a clear and detailed representation of the water makeup tanks, concentrate storage, and associated machinery required for effective slurry management in the processing of gold-bearing materials. The methodology includes the visual mapping of various tanks and systems, namely the concentrates water tank, overflow tank, and leach tanks, among others. This is depicted through a precise scaled drawing, which outlines the connections and flow paths critical in the processing circuit. The results show a comprehensive layout designed to optimize the handling of slurries and concentrate flows, ensuring operational efficiency and compliance with environmental management practices. The schematic serves as an essential reference for engineers and operators involved in the day-to-day functions of the plant, facilitating better understanding and communication of the processes involved.
