The study investigates the techniques of metadata extraction from academic documents, focusing on the efficiency and accuracy of different methodologies. The objective is to provide a systematic approach that enhances the retrieval of relevant information while minimizing errors in the extraction process. Utilizing a combination of natural language processing and machine learning algorithms, the research employs a comparative analysis of various extraction techniques across a diverse set of documents. The results reveal that the implementation of hybrid methodologies significantly improves metadata accuracy compared to traditional extraction methods. Furthermore, the findings indicate that adapting extraction processes to specific document types leads to better performance and a reduction in processing time. The implications of this research contribute to the development of more sophisticated tools for managing and utilizing academic content effectively. Period.
