Abstract

Language:

This document details the specifications and characteristics of the combined Residual Current Device (RCD) and Miniature Circuit Breaker (MCB) devices known as PKNM. The primary objective is to provide comprehensive technical information regarding the features, operational capabilities, and installation options available for this product range. The methodology involved extensive testing and analysis of various models within the PKNM series, highlighting their rated tripping currents, breaking capacities, and unique characteristics suited for different applications. Results indicate that these devices offer high-quality protection with rated currents up to 40 A and a breaking capacity of 10 kA, suitable for residential and commercial environments. The inclusion of features like a contact position indicator and a wide variety of accessories for subsequent installation enhances user convenience and safety. Various combinations of accessories and configurations further expand the application range, ensuring compatibility with existing busbar systems and enhancing installer ease. Overall, the PKNM devices demonstrate reliability and efficiency in protecting electrical circuits from overload and earth faults.
