This paper explores how real-time data and cloud data warehousing together transform supply chain analytics and performance. As supply chains become more complex, the study emphasizes data-driven strategies to improve efficiency, cut costs, and increase responsiveness to shifting market demands. It explains how real-time data underpins proactive decision-making by enabling continuous monitoring and rapid adjustment to disruptions, while cloud data warehousing provides scalable, flexible, and cost-effective infrastructure for centralizing, integrating, and analyzing large volumes of supply chain data. The proposed strategic framework shows how combining these capabilities enhances operational agility, demand forecasting, inventory optimization, and risk mitigation. The paper also discusses key challenges, including data integration complexity, organizational resistance, and security concerns, and suggests approaches to address them. It points to future research opportunities in applying artificial intelligence, leveraging IoT for richer data collection, and addressing ethical and regulatory issues in cloud adoption. Overall, the integration of real-time data and cloud data warehousing is presented as a critical pathway to more efficient, agile, and competitive supply chains in a dynamic global marketplace.
