It explains how real-time data underpins proactive decision-making by enabling continuous monitoring and rapid adjustment to disruptions, while cloud data warehousing provides scalable, flexible, and cost-effective infrastructure for centralizing, integrating, and analyzing large volumes of supply chain data. The proposed strategic framework shows how combining these capabilities enhances operational agility, demand forecasting, inventory optimization, and risk mitigation. The paper also discusses key challenges, including data integration complexity, organizational resistance, and security concerns, and suggests approaches to address them. It points to future research opportunities in applying artificial intelligence, leveraging IoT for richer data collection, and addressing ethical and regulatory issues in cloud adoption.
