This technical report provides a comprehensive assessment of the Loulo-Gounkoto Gold Mine Complex in Mali, with an effective date of December 31, 2017. The objective was to analyze the geology, mineral resources, and operational aspects of the mine while adhering to NI 43-101 standards. Methodologically, this report compiles extensive data on property description, mineral rights, geological characteristics, exploration activities, and economic viability, supported by the qualifications of various professionals in the field. The results indicate significant mineral resources and ore reserves, along with thorough evaluations of mining methods, mineral processing, and market conditions. Additionally, environmental, permitting, and social considerations were discussed, alongside projections of capital and operating costs. The findings culminate in an economic analysis that highlights the project's potential viability. This report serves as a crucial document for stakeholders assessing the Loulo-Gounkoto Gold Mine's operational efficiency and future opportunities.
