Abstract

Language:

This study presents a novel approach to the electrolytic production of highly branched copper dendrites under extreme conditions. The objective of the research was to investigate the factors influencing dendrite formation and enhance their growth kinetics. Utilizing various experimental setups, including a scanning electron microscope for detailed morphological analysis, the researchers intricately explored the impact of chloride ions and the pulsating overpotential regime on dendrite architecture. The results demonstrated a significant increase in dendrite branching and density under controlled experimental conditions, showing that the proposed method could effectively manipulate the morphology of copper deposits. This research has important implications for the field of electrochemistry and materials science, providing insights into the optimization of dendrite structures for future applications in electronics and energy storage devices.
