This thesis explores the design and development of a six-degree of freedom (6DOF) robotic arm equipped with a mimicking mechanism. The objective of this research is to investigate the potential applications of 6DOF robots in various fields such as automation and manufacturing, along with their inherent advantages over traditional robotic systems. The methodology includes a comprehensive analysis of existing robotic technologies, followed by the design process utilizing computer-aided design software to create detailed 3D models. Additionally, simulations are performed to test the kinematic performance of the robotic arm, ensuring it meets the desired specifications for flexibility and precision. Results reveal that the developed robotic system demonstrates enhanced movement capabilities and improved adaptability compared to existing models. The findings indicate significant potential for the application of 6DOF robotic arms in complex operational environments, paving the way for future advancements in automation technology.
