This document discusses the methodologies and findings related to the fabrication of titanium components using low-cost free form techniques. The objective of the research is to explore innovative approaches for manufacturing titanium parts affordably, especially through 3D printing and powder metallurgy. Results show significant progress in establishing protocols for titanium component production, including successful identification of components that can benefit from advanced fabrication techniques and successful characterizations of the alloys used. This study highlights the importance of safety measures in working with titanium and provides a framework for future research in the field of titanium fabrication. The findings indicate potential pathways for cost-effective production of titanium parts, which can have far-reaching implications for various industries.
