Abstract

Language:

This doctoral thesis presents an in-depth study on the optimal sizing and management of an electrical network that incorporates renewable energy sources. The primary objective of the research is to develop methodologies that enhance the efficiency and reliability of electrical systems while accommodating various forms of renewable energy. A comprehensive approach is employed involving both theoretical analysis and practical applications, utilizing advanced mathematical modeling and simulation techniques. Results from the study indicate significant improvements in network performance when integrating renewable sources, providing evidence of reduced costs and increased sustainability. The findings also highlight the importance of strategic planning and management in optimizing energy distribution and minimizing losses. This research contributes valuable insights and tools for electrical engineers and policymakers aiming to create more sustainable and resilient electrical grids in the presence of renewable energy resources.
