This document outlines the comprehensive manufacturing process of copper rods, emphasizing quality raw material selection, refining, and final inspections. The objective is to detail each stage of the manufacturing journey from raw material inspection to final packaging. The methodology includes a systematic approach starting from the careful selection and inspection of high-quality copper cathodes, followed by melting in high-temperature furnaces where impurities are eliminated. The molten copper undergoes refining to enhance its purity before being cast into bars through a continuous casting process, ensuring a uniform structure. Subsequent rolling processes are employed to reduce the rod diameter and enhance mechanical strength while maintaining a smooth surface finish. Rigorous cooling methods are applied to prevent defects, followed by quality testing to ensure electrical conductivity and mechanical integrity. Finished rods are securely packed to prevent damage during transportation. The results demonstrate the importance of each manufacturing step in achieving high-quality copper rods that meet industry standards. The final product is stored in optimal conditions and labeled for clear identification.
