Abstract

Language:

In order to determine the optimal process parameters of agitation leaching and provide industrial process design parameters, experiments were carried out on the leaching behaviors of copper oxide ore with high mud content. Condition tests identified the main factors affecting leaching efficiency, including temperature, initial acid concentration, leaching time, and particle size. Results indicated that an increase in temperature enhances the copper leaching rate, with an optimal extraction of 83.15% achieved at 60 ℃, an initial acid concentration of 80 g/L, leaching time of 2 hours, a liquid-solid ratio of 2:1, and grinding fineness of 65% -0.074mm. Additionally, the acid consumption was determined to be 187.91 kg/t ore. This research contributes to the understanding of high copper oxide ore processing and aims to optimize the leaching process parameters for practical industrial application.
