Emilia ASSENOVA, Mara KANDEVA
Researches, development, educational and organizational activities during the 39 years of the Tribology Center at the Technical University of Sofia are presented in the paper. Together with the Society of Bulgarian Tribologists and the Balkan Tribological Association, the Tribology Center follows the objectives of the scientific, edifying and practical development of tribology on national and international level. Exchanging research, teaching and conceptual experience, participating in common projects and carrying for the advance of the specialists in industry and science, the Tribology Center promotes tribology in Bulgaria, on the Balkans, in Europe and worldwide.
