In this study, we synthesized N-(Difluorphosphoryl)- and N-(Dichlorphosphoranylidene)silylamines through reactions involving OPF3 with N[Si(CH3)3] and Li-N[Si(CH3)3] in a 1:1 ratio to obtain [(CH3)3Si]2N-POF2. The reaction of this product with P203F4 yields another compound, while similar reactions featuring OPC13 lead to complex mixtures. We also highlighted the characteristics of phosphoryldifluoridamide OPF2NH2, revealing its hydrolytic sensitivity and decomposition behavior when heated. The synthesis along with the qualitative and quantitative analyses of the resulting compounds were conducted using chromatographic techniques. Ultimately, we identified and confirmed the structures of several derivatives, noting stability variations across compounds under ambient conditions. This extensive examination of organophosphorus compounds adds to the limited existing literature on silylated derivatives and their reactivity, with findings contributing to the broader field of inorganic chemistry and material synthesis. The results emphasize the significance of careful manipulation of reaction conditions to obtain pure products in subsequent organic synthesis applications.
