Traffic congestion on Fatmawati Road between Ketimun 1 Intersection and TB Simatupang Intersection has led to longer travel times, higher emissions, and economic losses, prompting an evaluation of Electronic Road Pricing (ERP) as a mitigation strategy. This study uses a quantitative case-study approach, combining road user surveys, traffic volume and capacity measurements, and saturation degree analysis along this 3.9 km urban corridor. Binary logistic regression is applied to assess potential shifts in travel mode and user preferences in response to various ERP tariff scenarios. Results show that ERP implementation can reduce peak-hour traffic volume by about 15%, increase average travel speed by up to 12%, and significantly lower the degree of saturation. While some users express willingness to pay the ERP charges, overall public acceptance remains low, indicating social resistance to the policy. The findings suggest that ERP can effectively reduce congestion and improve traffic performance, but its long-term success depends on stronger public support, effective communication, and parallel improvements in public transport and related infrastructure.
