This paper presents a review of substantial progress in titanium technology in the United States since the last World Titanium Conference. The objective is to highlight advancements in titanium products, processing techniques, computational modeling tools, and their applications, especially in the aerospace sector. The methodology employed includes a systematic assessment of recent achievements in additive manufacturing, the development of new high-performance titanium alloys, and optimized production processes aimed at reducing costs while improving quality. Results indicate that titanium components manufactured through additive methods have been qualified for use in both commercial and military aircraft, and new alloys have been developed to meet stringent demands of modern aerospace applications. Moreover, collaboration among titanium suppliers, original equipment manufacturers, government laboratories, and academia has strengthened the industry's response to fundamental challenges. The integration of computer modeling in research and industrial settings has emerged as a key driver in expediting innovation and efficacy in titanium technology. These findings underscore the continued growth and evolution of titanium applications across varying market sectors.
