Abstract

Language:

Mind mapping is identified as a highly effective strategy for organizing thoughts regarding specific themes, serving as a versatile graphic organizer that individuals utilize through various techniques. Knowledge Management (KM) embodies a collection of processes dedicated to the creation, dissemination, and utilization of knowledge within an enterprise. This concept has been inherently prevalent over time, facilitating the conscious and systematic gathering, organizing, sharing, and analysis of organizational knowledge resources, documents, and human skills. The objective of this paper is to explore the implementation of KM through the lens of mind mapping, focusing specifically on the processes of knowledge codification and deployment. Methodologically, this study delves into the intricacies of how mind mapping can be harnessed for effective KM practices. The results indicate that employing mind mapping techniques can significantly enhance the knowledge implementation process, fostering an environment conducive to effective knowledge sharing and management within organizations. Thus, mind mapping emerges as a potent tool in the contemporary landscape of knowledge management practices.
