Abstract

Language:

Corporate social responsibility (CSR) plays an essential role in creating sustained relationships between companies and their stakeholders. This research aims to analyze employee awareness of CSR implementation in Serbian and Russian companies, examining the differences in employee attitudes and job satisfaction. A comparative analysis was conducted using Multi-group Confirmatory Factor Analysis to assess the impact of both internal and external CSR activities on employee satisfaction. The results highlighted significant variations in employee perceptions towards CSR initiatives within the two countries. Additionally, the study revealed implications for both scholars and practitioners, emphasizing the importance of understanding employee engagement in CSR efforts and fostering a positive organizational culture. The findings underscore the need for companies to actively incorporate employee feedback into their CSR strategies, ultimately improving workplace satisfaction and stakeholder relations.
