Abstract

Language:

This study investigates the advancements in technologies focused on the recovery of iron resources from nonferrous metallurgical waste slags. The objective is to provide a comprehensive overview of the current research progress and methodologies employed for effective recovery of iron from these materials. A systematic review of relevant literature, coupled with an analysis of recent developments in metallurgical processes, has been conducted. Various methods, such as chemical, physical, and biological techniques, have been highlighted to showcase their efficiency and practicality in iron recovery from nonferrous waste materials. The findings reveal significant potential in optimizing existing recovery processes, which could lead to enhanced resource utilization and reduced environmental impacts associated with waste management. The research emphasizes the necessity for further innovation and refinement in these technologies to achieve sustainable and economically viable solutions for iron recovery. Overall, this paper aims to inform stakeholders about the promising directions in iron recovery technology and encourages further research in this critical area.
