The Guru Tua Road Section is a 3.96 km provincial road connecting Sigi Regency and Palu City, which currently shows pavement damage at several locations and uncertainty in its remaining service life. This study aims to evaluate the pavement condition to determine appropriate treatment measures and to estimate the remaining service life of the road. Functional pavement conditions were assessed using the International Roughness Index (IRI), Present Serviceability Index (PSI), and Surface Distress Index (SDI), while the remaining service life was analyzed using the AASHTO 1993 method based on traffic data. The results show that the overall pavement condition is moderate, with an average IRI of 4.595, while the serviceability is poor, indicated by PSI values of 1.205 (Equation I) and 1.232 (Equation II). In contrast, the average SDI value of 27.875 classifies the pavement surface distress condition as good. The remaining service life analysis indicates that the pavement will reach the end of its service life in the 8th year (2033), which is two years earlier than the planned design life, corresponding to a 22.72% reduction in service life.
