The integration of graphene into electronic devices requires effective transfer techniques to ensure high-quality layering on various substrates. This study evaluates a dry transfer method for graphene onto dielectrics and flexible substrates utilizing polyimide as a transparent and stable intermediate layer. The objective was to optimize the transfer process while maintaining the integrity and functionality of the graphene. Various methodologies were employed including hot pressing and laminator techniques to transfer graphene onto different substrates. Characterization techniques such as contact angle measurements and transmittance spectra were utilized to analyze the results. The findings indicated that the polyimide layer significantly enhanced the transfer efficiency and stability of graphene, regardless of the substrate used. This method demonstrated superior adhesion properties and transparency, facilitating the potential for broader applications in flexible electronics. The work lays the groundwork for further refinement of graphene transfer techniques, providing a clearer pathway to its practical implementation in advanced materials engineering.
