Abstract

Language:

The research investigates how the four elements of the marketing mix (product, price, place/distribution, and promotion) influence customer satisfaction in the context of Korek Telecom Company. Using a sample of 100 Korek Telecom service users in Baghdad, the study employs a 24-item questionnaire and analyzes the data with SPSS, treating the marketing mix as the independent variable and customer satisfaction as the dependent variable. The findings indicate a statistically significant effect of the marketing mix elements on customer satisfaction at the 0.05 significance level, confirming that these elements have a strong and effective impact. Additionally, the predictive relevance index (Q²) for the dimensions of product, price, distribution, and promotion reached 0.419, which is greater than zero and supports the model’s predictive validity. The study concludes that improving the design and implementation of the 4Ps can enhance perceived quality, satisfaction analysis, customer follow-up, and loyalty among Korek Telecom customers.
