The relationship between the complexity class P and NP is a fundamental yet unresolved question in theoretical computer science. This study aims to investigate this relationship by developing a method for solving query problems on relational databases across classical and quantum computational paradigms. By leveraging graph representations to formulate and analyze these queries, the research addresses the limitations posited by traditional computational models, particularly those anchored in the Turing thesis. The findings suggest that the ongoing enigma of the P vs NP problem cannot be aptly resolved within the constraints of current computational paradigms, indicating the necessity for a new computational paradigm that transcends existing methodologies. Ultimately, without resolving the P vs NP problem, advancements towards developing intelligent computers capable of passing the Turing test remain hindered. This highlights the critical need for continued exploration into innovative computational frameworks that may provide solutions to this enduring question.
