Abstract

Language:

It has become increasingly important in the digital era for organizations to focus on protecting sensitive employee information while leveraging artificial intelligence to enhance work efficiency. This study examines how digitalization and data science contribute to improving employee performance across HR functions, from recruitment to performance appraisal, during organizational transformation. A survey of 313 professionals from IT, HRM, and administrative roles was conducted to assess the impact of digital tools and data-driven strategies on productivity and performance. The data, analyzed using SPSS 20, enabled deeper exploration of digital tool adoption, data-based decision-making, and employee engagement. Findings indicate that data science and digital technologies significantly enhance employee performance by improving efficiency, strengthening decision quality, and fostering a more engaged and informed workforce. The study underscores the transformational role of digitalization in the workplace and offers recommendations for organizations seeking to leverage data science for performance gains. It further highlights the necessity of investing in digital tools and data literacy to remain competitive in the age of digitization.
