This study investigates the synthesis of large-area high-quality and uniform graphene films using copper foils as a substrate. The objective is to explore the potential of these films for various applications, particularly in electronics and materials science. Employing chemical vapor deposition (CVD) techniques, the researchers developed methods to achieve consistent quality across large surfaces. The results demonstrate that graphene films synthesized in this manner exhibit excellent structural integrity and electrical performance, showcasing the compatibility of copper as a substrate for high-quality graphene production. Furthermore, the findings highlight the significance of optimizing growth parameters to enhance film uniformity, therefore establishing a reliable approach for fabricating graphene materials on an industrial scale. This research contributes to the ongoing development of graphene technologies and paves the way for future advancements in the field. Of particular interest is the study's implication for the use of thin films in superconductivity, revealing that the underlying physical properties can be correlated with synthesis techniques and substrate interactions.
