Abstract

Language:

The paper inspects the individual's personality concerning self, Crowd Ruler, members, and surrounding setting. It creatively examines the cause and conditions of why individuals create a psychological crowd around a Ruler. The larger the Crowd, the more the individual vanishes within and outwardly. The individual in the Crowd transforms into a narcissist and simultaneously a sentinel toward others. His ego dominates, aspiring to be a Ruler or the Ruler of the Crowd. This discourse aims at a society led by rationality, where individuals coexist in harmony and peace. Methodologically, the duality of Crowd-Ruler is reviewed through experience, simultaneously evaluating the emotional processes in Crowd members and the Ruler concerning their social acts or behaviors. Findings reveal that the notion of duality Crowd-Ruler is sensitive; if leaders and decision-makers embody this duality, society faces devastation. Furthermore, this mentality may manifest as uncomfortable behavior in daily life and work situations. To avoid transforming into a No-one, individuals should refrain from thinking, speaking, or writing with 'We'. The paper ultimately explores the causes of Crowd formation and outlines its effects on member identities, leading to No-oneness.
