Climate change represents a significant threat to ecosystems, economies, and communities. This study aims to assess the impacts of climate change across different regions and sectors. Using a combination of satellite data, climate models, and socioeconomic analyses, we evaluated the effects of temperature rise, changing precipitation patterns, and extreme weather events on agriculture, water resources, and public health. The results indicate notable declines in crop yields, increased water scarcity, and heightened health risks, particularly in vulnerable populations. Specifically, regions with less adaptive capacity are expected to experience the most severe consequences. This research underscores the urgency for developing robust adaptation strategies and the importance of international cooperation to mitigate the impacts of climate change. Future studies should focus on policy frameworks that encourage sustainable practices and enhance resilience in communities most at risk.
