This issue of the journal focuses on various aspects of education and pedagogy, highlighting the importance of interpersonal relationships and pedagogical climate in schools. The objective of this publication is to analyze challenges in educational practices and theoretical frameworks. The methodology employed includes case studies and literature reviews, exploring dilemmas regarding whether vocational education should be treated as a subject or a guiding principle. Results showcase the necessity of integrating cooperative learning and multiculturalism into educational systems, promoting increased effectiveness and productivity in teaching.
