Abstract

Language:

Urban water supply systems are critical for sustainability, especially in rapidly growing cities. This study examines the dynamics of water supply systems in urban settings, focusing on management and conservation techniques. The objective is to identify key factors that influence water supply reliability and sustainability. Utilizing a mixed-methods approach, we collected quantitative data from various urban areas coupled with qualitative interviews from local water management authorities. The findings reveal that integrating advanced technologies, public engagement, and policy reforms significantly improve water management outcomes. Additionally, the research highlights the importance of community participation in decision-making processes, which enhances public trust and resource management. These insights provide essential recommendations for urban planners and policymakers aiming to improve the sustainability and efficiency of urban water supply systems.
