Air pollution can harm human health, cause effects on the environment, and trigger property damage. Various research studies have proven the connection between air quality and human health. Previous research on epidemiology and laboratory studies have demonstrated that ambient air pollutants, such as PM, O3, SO2, and NO2, contribute to various respiratory problems, including bronchitis, emphysema, and asthma. This present mini-review aims to discuss the relationship between human health and air quality. This conceptual paper focuses on findings regarding air quality based on a literature review and the significant health effects related to it. Additionally, the principles of analytical instrumentation are also discussed to identify the best instruments for laboratory analysis.
