Abstract

Language:

In the context of improving calcium solution preparation, the objective of this study was to design and implement a dual controlled dosing system. This methodology involved the integration of automated dosing mechanisms with real-time monitoring to enhance the accuracy and efficiency of calcium solution preparation. Experimental results indicated that the proposed system significantly improved the precision of the calcium concentration achieved, reducing variability compared to traditional manual methods. Furthermore, the dual control system demonstrated increased operational throughput and decreased preparation times, making it suitable for industrial applications. This study concludes that such innovative dosing systems can transform the way calcium solutions are prepared, leading to more efficient and reliable processes.
