Abstract

Language:

The research focuses on the technology and techniques for underground mining of ores in energy disturbed massifs characterized by complex structures. The formation of man-made voids has been identified as a significant challenge due to its impact on the stress-strain state (SSS) of the surrounding rock mass, potentially leading to geomechanical and seismic phenomena, including earthquakes. This study utilizes data from various literary and patent sources related to underground mining technologies, alongside laboratory and production experiments, and physical modeling to assess the composition of hardening mixtures. Through analytical studies and comparative analyses of both theoretical and practical results, the paper explores geodynamic monitoring of the rock mass's SSS to promote safe mining practices. It addresses the interplay between natural and artificial factors to maintain geomechanical equilibrium in ore-bearing massifs over extended periods. The study substantiates safe geometrical and technological parameters for chamber systems involved in the extraction of complex ore deposits while considering environmental and social dimensions. The findings are recommended for application in mining practices across Ukraine, the Russian Federation, Kazakhstan, and other mining-intensive regions globally.
