In this article, main characteristics of Learning Objects are presented alongside the demonstrated need for the standardization of Learning Objects Metadata. The objective is to highlight the significance of establishing a cohesive framework to improve the efficiency and accessibility of educational resources. The methodology for creating standardized Learning Objects is thoroughly detailed, providing a structured approach to developing resources that meet educational standards. This proposed framework serves as a guide for educators and instructional designers, facilitating the efficient creation and implementation of Learning Objects. The results showcase the potential for improved educational outcomes, emphasizing the importance of consistency in the metadata associated with Learning Objects. Ultimately, the implementation of such standards will enhance the quality and usability of educational materials, promoting better learning experiences for students. Period.
