The methodology for creating standardized Learning Objects is thoroughly detailed, providing a structured approach to developing resources that meet educational standards. This proposed framework serves as a guide for educators and instructional designers, facilitating the efficient creation and implementation of Learning Objects. The results showcase the potential for improved educational outcomes, emphasizing the importance of consistency in the metadata associated with Learning Objects.
