This present work focused on the comparative study of industrial wastewater treatment from Kamoa using coagulation-flocculation with the flocculants A520 and VHM. The orientation test aimed to determine the optimal dose of the reagent used, specifically the polyaluminium chloride (coagulant). The physicochemical and organoleptic results obtained from these tests served as a reference for the subsequent work. The optimization study involved varying the doses of flocculants A520 and VHM while maintaining the optimal coagulant dose at a concentration of 2 g/l, which resulted in 269 NTU and 190 mg/l of TSS. At 3.5 g/l of flocculant A520, the results were 93 NTU and 39 mg/l of TSS, and at 2.5 g/l of flocculant VHM, the results were 122 NTU and 56 mg/l of TSS.
