The main objective of this study is to present a novel approach for estimating mean and variance through the application of linear transformations. This methodology aims to enhance the accuracy and efficiency of statistical estimation techniques. The paper utilizes a systematic approach where linear transformations are employed to derive estimators for mean and variance. Utilizing a comprehensive set of data, the proposed method's efficiency is compared against traditional estimation techniques. Results indicate that the proposed estimators exhibit improved performance, with lower mean squared errors compared to conventional methods. These findings suggest that integrating linear transformations into statistical estimation can lead to more reliable and accurate results in practice. This research contributes valuable insights into the fields of statistical analysis and estimation theory, highlighting the potential benefits of innovative approaches in enhancing estimation methodologies.
