Abstract

Language:

This article presents a novel method for simulating battery work based on real measurement data from applied chemical cells and associated workload data. The objective is to develop a comprehensive simulation framework that effectively analyzes battery performance under realistic operating conditions. The methodology includes the design and construction of a dedicated workplace for acquiring operational characteristics as per the established research plan. The authors describe the computer system implemented to conduct the simulations and detail the types of chemical cells tested, as well as the methods employed to acquire relevant battery workload data. Results from selected simulation runs are shared, highlighting the efficacy of the proposed simulation method. The discussion culminates in a summary of the findings and outlines future directions for further method development, emphasizing its application within the context of an international project aimed at innovating renewable energy-powered hybrid sailing yachts. This integration of simulation techniques into battery analysis serves to enhance the selection and optimization of battery systems in various applications.
