This document explores the evolving landscape of naval ship technology with a focus on nuclear marine propulsion. The objective is to analyze advancements in all-electric ship designs and their implications for the future of the United States Navy. The methodology involves reviewing operational frameworks and reactor technologies that facilitate the incorporation of high electrical output systems in naval vessels. Results indicate that innovations such as the Electro Magnetic Aircraft Launch System (EMALS) and enhanced power generation capabilities from nuclear reactors exemplify significant progress in operational efficiency and combat readiness.
